We used Craig Noakes Roofing to replace our old roof, and the whole experience was fantastic. Craig and Jade came out to give us a quote and talked us through a few different options that would work best for our house. They even sent samples so we could make the right choice adding no pressure to go for the most expensive one.
They’re both super friendly, professional, and genuinely great to deal with. The roof was done in just 5 days, and it looks a million times better! They also helped us with getting building regulations while we was on holiday, that was a huge help.

Craig and Jade are fantastic roofers who re-roofed our 100 year old slate roof, fitted two new skylights and installed new fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes.
From their first visit they were friendly and offered helpful expert advice about what could be done/needed to be done, but weren't pushy trying to get us to do more than we wanted. It felt that unlike others who quoted (or came to look but then didn't quote) they really understood what we wanted.
They were with us for just over two weeks and worked hard to give us what is now a very well built and beautiful looking roof. They tried hard to minimise breakage of our existing slates when removing them and as a result a large number were able to be refitted, saving us a fortune! One roofer told us he'd expect to save about 30% of the existing slates...Craig and Jade saved about 80%
They didn't leave until they were sure they'd done everything to our satisfaction, and Craig even returned on a bank holiday to complete a couple of minor items, including fixing a couple of things caused by a previous roofer.
On top of all that, both Craig and Jade are have great personalities and it was great to get to know them better when we sat and chatted during pretty much every tea break. They came here as roofers but left as friends.

Craig & team have worked hard on my roof replacement in very unseasonal weather and always with a smile. They were the only roofers I received a quote from who actually went up on to the roof to take a closer look, which I really appreciated. They are reliable and kept to their word with timescales and tasks. I am really pleased with my new roof... so are several neighbours in my vicinity who have also had Craig replace their roofs! Contacted Criag Noakes roofing with regards to replacing the roof on my bungalow which had been SprayFoamed in the mid 1990's. Craig and Jade did a full site survey on the Thursday explaining that extra costs would be involved to remove the foam and also the specialist removal from site of some of the waste.
My quote was there next morning and after a quick call, all was agreed to start work.
The job was started the day after Bank Holiday Monday and was completed 7 days later.
I cannot put into words how happy I am with the whole experience. The finished job is amazing. The care they both took with the removal of the old roof and then the installation of the new one was perfect. All aspects of their work is second to none.
Even when I asked questions, nothing was too much trouble in explaining what they were doing.
Honestly, I hit the jackpot when choosing this company and anyone wanting work done will have no problems with Craig and Jade and their workmanship. And, they are really nice people as well.
